Fight fraud, not participants

Fraud must be stopped. But disabled people are not the problem.

Go after exploitation. Go after dodgy providers. Go after price gouging. Go after abuse of the system.

But do not treat participants like suspects because they need support. Integrity should protect disabled people, not police our lives.
